Come and relax on your deck and look at the many perennial gardens or watch the Osprey hunt for fish. View the seals, gulls, & loons while you listen to their cry. Enjoy the southern exposure that shows off all of the boats and sparkling water. Take a cruise up the river or around the bay in the Kayaks or canoe. Enjoy a cocktail on the dock and by all means fish off the float while in the evening you can watch the sunset to end a beautiful day.

Bay View Cottages are located on the shore of Pemaquid Bay, 12 miles from Damariscotta, Maine—on Route 130.

Each cottage has a deck and consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath with shower and furnished throughout with knotty pine and hardwood floors.

Occupancy and use of facilities is limited to five persons per cottage. .

 

The cottages are modern in every respect, with:

· drinking, hot and cold running water

· electric lights & heat; wood burning stove

· ample dishes

· electric range, microwave and refrigerator.

· Furnished bedding, linens and towels

· color TV with cable

· dock with picnic table

· free canoe & kayaks available

· Pets allowed “if the fit under your arm”

You will be within five minutes travel to the post office, stores, garage, library, church, village of New Harbor, Pemaquid Lighthouse, Pemaquid Diggings, Pemaquid Public Beach, Fort William Henry and all the principal points of interest. Damariscotta and other Towns are within easy driving distance.
