Come and relax on your deck and look at the many perennial gardens or watch the Osprey hunt for fish. View the seals, gulls, & loons while you listen to their cry. Enjoy the southern exposure that shows off all of the boats and sparkling water. Enjoy a cocktail on the dock and by all means fish off the float while in the evening you can watch the sunset to end a beautiful day. Bay View Cottages are located on the shore of Pemaquid, 12 miles from Damariscotta, Maine—on Route 130. Each cottage has a deck and consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath with shower and furnished throughout with knotty pine and hardwood floors. Occupancy and use of facilities is limited to five persons per cottage. We do not currently offer wifi, but it is accessible at the library less than five minutes from the cottages. Located off the main highway and overlooking Pemaquid, the cottages offer a nice view of the salt water and a quiet, restful spot to spend you vacation.

You will be within five minutes travel to the post office, stores, garage, library, church, village of New Harbor, Pemaquid Lighthouse, Pemaquid Diggings, Pemaquid Public Beach, Fort William Henry and all the principal points of interest. Damariscotta and other Towns are within easy driving distance. |
